If your query is related to an order, please ensure to include your order number. I aim to reply to emails within 2-3 working days.

If you've ordered a personalised illustration, please be aware you may not hear from me to confirm your order. If you received a confirmation email, I have your order - don't worry! Sending confirmation emails for every order takes up a lot of my time. Please be mindful of this before reaching out to ensure I have your references. If I don't have your references when it comes to drawing, I'll reach out. In the meantime, sit tight!
