United Kingdom & Ireland Shipping Infomation
UK orders should arrive within 48 hours after they’re dispatched but can sometimes take up to 4 days. This is just an estimate and may vary depending on UK Bank Holidays.
Anticipate general items like cards & prints shipping within 7 working days after purchase.*
*please consider that these are just estimates! Orders can occasionally take longer to fulfil due to demand.
Europe Shipping Information
All packages to Europe are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked service, with a delivery aim of 3–5 working days. This is just an estimate and may vary depending on UK Bank Holidays.
Please note that due to recent changes in international trade regulations, customers in the EU may be required to pay import duties and VAT upon arrival of your order from outside the EU, which is the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order at checkout. It all depends on the value of your order, the delivery country and the type of goods being shipped. Typically, orders above a certain value will be subject to import duty, VAT or other handling fees as per your country’s customs regulations.
Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges that may apply upon delivery.

USA, Australia, New Zealand & Canada Shipping Information
Orders to USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. The delivery aim is around 5–7 working days, though it can vary slightly depending on your location. This is just an estimate and may vary depending on UK Bank Holidays.
Please note that you. as the customer, are responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties, or extra charges that might apply when your order arrives—these aren’t included in the shipping cost as they vary.
I can’t be held responsible for any customs delays or fees.
If you get a dispatch email but your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
Returns Policy
All items are packaged per order and dispatched with care, so returns are only accepted with valid reasons. These reasons include but are not limited to:
- Damage to parcel
- Printing errors
- Wrong items
Refunds/Returns are only excepted within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are then only issued within 14 days upon receipt of the accepted return.
Reach out for damaged, incorrect, delayed, or lost orders for resolution.

Customers are responsible for their own return cost.
Personalised Items
Each personalised item is carefully created from the photos you provide, and while I strive for accuracy, small discrepancies can happen due to the nature of custom work.
Personalised items can be returned only if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a printing error. I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for minor differences, personal preference, or changes of mind. If you notice any damage or major mistakes, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.
Refunds & Cancellations
Personalised Products
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. After that time, I’m unable to offer refunds or cancellations on personalised orders. Instead, I can provide a credit note for the amount of your order.
Please note: personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel and receive a full refund only if work has not yet begun on your order.
