Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! Every single order means the world, and I want to make sure each one receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.
At the moment, orders are running a little behind schedule due to a higher-than-usual volume of commissions. Each piece is lovingly hand-drawn, and because of that, creation times can vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the current workload.
Please note that the timeframe provided at checkout is a minimum estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. This is mentioned in the tickbox you agree to at checkout and is also outlined in the Terms of Service. While I always do my very best to stay within those estimates, occasionally things may take a little longer during busy periods.
Your order is absolutely still in progress — nothing has been forgotten or missed! I’m simply working my way through all current pieces as carefully and efficiently as possible to ensure you receive something truly special.
I completely understand how exciting it is to receive your artwork and how disappointing delays can be, and I can’t thank you enough for being so patient and supportive while I get through this busy spell.
💬Order Follow-Ups & Messages💬
I truly appreciate everyone who reaches out to check on their order — it means a lot to know you’re excited about your artwork! I always do my best to reply to messages as soon as I can, but please know that frequent follow-ups can actually slow down the process, as time spent responding to messages is time taken away from creating your drawings.
I’m a one-woman team — I create the drawings, print and package them, reply to messages, and also work a 9–5 job! Because of this, I really appreciate your patience and understanding. If you’ve placed an order, you can rest assured that I’m working on it and you will receive it. Every single order is completed and sent out as soon as it’s finished — nothing ever gets forgotten.

💳Payment Disputes & Chargebacks💳
Please note that initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute while your order is still in progress can cause serious delays and complications. Chargebacks take time to resolve, incur additional fees, and can temporarily pause the processing of your order while everything is reviewed.
As a small business, these fees and disruptions can have a real impact — both financially and in the time that could otherwise be spent creating artwork. I completely understand that delays can be frustrating, but I promise your order is always being worked on, and you will receive it.
It’s also important to know that when a chargeback is filed, I’m required to provide detailed evidence to your bank to respond to the dispute. This includes:
- Confirmation that the timeframe provided at checkout is a minimum estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Proof that each customer ticked the Terms of Service agreement at checkout, which clearly states that completion times can vary and are subject to change during busy periods.
- Screenshots or records of order confirmations and product descriptions showing that customers were made aware of the timeframe information before purchase.
Because of this, chargebacks are very rarely successful when the order is still within the active processing period. Instead, they create unnecessary delays and costs that can make it harder for small businesses like mine to stay on track.
