As of August 29, 2025, new import rules introduced by the current U.S. administration now require all packages, no matter how small, to go through full customs clearance, with potential extra fees like duties and tariffs.

It’s incredibly frustrating—this sudden change has made it nearly impossible for small businesses like mine to continue shipping to the U.S. Even major postal services here in the UK have paused deliveries while they figure out how to handle the extra red tape.

Sorry for the inconvenience—I’m as frustrated as you are. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. If the rules get rolled back—or let’s just say, rethought—I’ll update this page and hopefully start shipping to the U.S. again soon.
